Sales Manager (Japan Market) - VTAL

Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Manager to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

• Drive business development and sales growth across Japan market
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, sales negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and distributors to drive sales growth and market expansion.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor sales performance, revenue, and costs against targets.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 4 years of sales experience
• Within the industrial equipment industry is Bonus
• Required to direct liaise with Japanese customers and counterparties.
