Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and coach sales staff, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance.
  • Performance Management:Set sales quotas and performance goals, monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM tools, and provide regular feedback and reviews.
  • Sales Operations:Manage the sales pipeline, oversee sales processes, and manage sales budgets to ensure efficient operations.
  • Client & Market Focus:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Track, analyze, and communicate sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
