Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Manager to be part of their Sales team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Job Description of Sales Manager:
- Oversees sales operations across SEA by leading and developing a regional sales team, drive strategic growth initiatives, and strengthen key customer relationships.
- Lead, coach, and manage Account Managers to achieve regional sales targets.
- Drive disciplined sales processes including account planning, territory management, and CRM pipeline management.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow market share.
- Monitor sales performance through CRM analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Act as escalation point for customer and internal issues, including quality matters.
- Support customer training, plant visits, and trade organization participation.
Requirement
- Degree in engineering field
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager
- Comfortable with overseas travelling
