Role Overview
We are hiring a driven sales hunter to build pipeline and open new business opportunities. This is an individual contributor role focused on prospecting, engaging customers, and creating qualified opportunities, working closely with leadership to convert opportunities into wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Engage potential customers and understand their business needs
  • Drive early to mid-stage sales conversations and momentum
  • Work closely with leadership on deal strategy, solutioning, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful deal execution

Requirements

  • Experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate pipeline
  • 3-5 years of recent B2B sales experience in manufacturing, logistics/supply chain, or mid-to-large scale retail/distribution environments (excluding small retail)
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and create opportunities independently
  • Comfortable engaging business stakeholders and building relationships

Preferred Skills

  • Strong hunting and prospecting skills with a proactive outbound approach
  • Existing network within relevant industries is advantageous
  • Experience selling technology, automation, or data-related solutions
  • Candidates from B2B document solutions (e.g. copier/MFP) backgrounds transitioning into software sales are welcome to apply
