Job Responsibilities:
- Represent company to end users and channel resale partners such as value-add resellers in the region with priority focus on Singapore.
- The individual shall be responsible for the entire sales cycle such as business development, opportunity creation, product demonstration, sales closure and invoicing.
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- The individual shall exercise sales pull strategy to approach targeted-vertical end users directly to promote Cloud-based solutions and services.
- The individual shall exercise sales push strategy by teaming up with channel partners to leverage on their existing customers to generate short to mid-term sales.
- The individual shall be able to understand and apply the unique selling points of Cloud-based solutions and create the innovative use cases to address different users pain points.
- The individual shall create the application presentations based on the innovative use cases for marketing broadcasting to all channel partners in the region and also share them with Singapore and Malaysia team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive growth across targeted accounts and assigned territories, ensuring the achievement of both organizational and individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with channel partners to establish and achieve territory sales targets
- Arrange and conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations of company cloud-based solutions and IoT offerings for end users and channel partners.
- Liaise with the Sales Director on overall sales strategy and provide comprehensive sales reports detailing sales performance, pipeline opportunities, and proposed client base expansion initiatives.
- Ensure accurate update of sales leads, deals, sales status on company sales pipeline records.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to monitor and evaluate competitors activities, and identify key market competitors.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities for company products, services, and solutions comply with the company's Code of Ethics.
- Support the resolution of customer issues related to software deployment, technical feedback, and maintenance plans in coordination with relevant teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection and assist in resolving any outstanding payment matters.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum academic qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in cloud-based solutions.
