Ensure all retail outlets meet the company's visual merchandising standards and are aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Regularly access customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Implement and monitor KPIs for outlets, such as sales targets, service levels and customer satisfaction metrics
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills in sales, customer service and product knowledge
Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented in outlets
JOB Requirement
Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin (as required when communicating with Brand Principal which only able to speak Mandarin).
Proven experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of retail marketing trends and customer engagement strategies
Equipped with P&L mindset
Knowledge of visual mechandising principles and customer service best practices
