Sales Manager – New Logo Aquisition
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic account expansion across SEA. This is a hunter role focused on opening new logos and developing greenfield opportunities within hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI infrastructure, data centers, power utilities, grid operators, and network/security infrastructure vendors.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new enterprise customers across SEA.
- Develop territory and account penetration strategies for target accounts.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
- Engage senior business and technical stakeholders to identify customer challenges and position relevant solutions.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closure.
- Collaborate with solution architects, application engineers, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business strategy.
- Build relationships with relevant industry associations, partners, and ecosystem players.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven hunter profile with strong track record in new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions such as test and measurement, network validation, security, data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, power electronics, or adjacent technologies.
- Exposure to one or more of the following customer segments: hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centers, power utilities, grid operators, networking vendors, or security infrastructure vendors.
- Strong executive-level communication and value-based selling skills.
- Ability to manage complex regional sales cycles across Southeast Asia.
- Proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
