Role: Regional Healthcare Sales Hunter role

We are looking for a senior Healthcare enterprise sales hunter from the IT services / managed services side to drive net new logo growth across Southeast Asia. This role is about opening doors, shaping complex deals, and closing material enterprise contracts in healthcare.

This is not an account management role. Success is measured by pipeline creation, deal quality, and closed revenue.

What You Will Do

Own net new logo acquisition across public and private healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and government healthcare bodies.

Lead enterprise sales cycles end to end: qualification, deal shaping, value narrative, negotiation, and closure.

Sell services-led solutions across Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, SAP, and Digital Transformation.

Engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and CISOs.

Run disciplined MEDDIC execution, pipeline generation, and forecast ownership.

Structure and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and regulatory constraints.

Partner with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to accelerate deal conversion.

Build strategic accounts into long-term revenue platforms after initial land.

What We Are Looking For

Proven enterprise services sales hunter with consistent net new logo wins.

Background in IT services, managed services, or systems integration (not product-only sales).

Strong experience selling Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, SAP, or Digital Transformation solutions.

Track record of closing large, complex healthcare or public sector deals.

Comfort operating at C-suite level with commercial authority. Hands-on experience running MEDDIC and owning forecasts.

Regional exposure across Southeast Asia.

Self-driven, accountable, commercially sharp.

What Success Looks Like

Material pipeline creation within 6 months.

Net new healthcare logos closed within year one.

Credibility with senior healthcare executives.

Accurate forecasting and clean deal governance.
