  • Develop and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Formulate and oversee commercial plans, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring delivery against targets
  • Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Lead business development efforts, including market entry strategies and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to continuously refine strategies
  • Drive marketing initiatives, branding, and communications to enhance market visibility and positioning
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure effective resource allocation and results delivery

Requirement

  • Experience in oncology-focused sectors, including cancer diagnostics or oncology drug sales.
  • Candidates with experience in organizations similar to ours, particularly within related industries.
  • Prior experience in organizations with similar business models or within related healthcare/life sciences industries
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and scale business strategies from the ground up
