About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer development across the Asia-Pacific region, covering Southeast Asia, South Asia and East Asia (excluding China).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and market strategies for industrial fans and steam compressors across APAC.
Support regional marketing and promotional activities.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Monitor industry developments, customer needs and market trends to support business and product planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong sales experience within the industrial fan / blower industry.
Strong business development and customer management skills.
Willing to travel to China when required (approximately once a month to once a quarter, depending on seniority).
