We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and securing major business accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by generating new leads and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, and closing deals.
- Develop tailored business proposals and deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts to optimize results.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to support the development and execution of annual sales strategies and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong track record of securing major accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently, resourcefully, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of business development, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
