Job Descriptions:
- Drive sales growth with new and existing key accounts customers by building strong customer relationships
- Responsible for bringing in new sales contract and review current contract activities
- Achieving the sales objectives and target set by the company
- Good understanding of the company products, competition in the market and positioning to develop sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and relevant sales report to management
- Lead, motivate and supervise a sales team to develop their full potential
- Attend to urgent deliveries, customers complaints and feedback proactively
- Representing the company to attend events as required.
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experiences in Food & Beverage and Hospitality sector with proven track records of sales achievements
- Motivated self-starter with the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and qualify the most promising sales opportunities
- Possess own vehicle
