Sales Manager (FMCG Singapore)

Our client is an FMCG company which is looking to expand its coverage in Southeast Asia and is looking for a Sales Manager to be a part of their team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the business expansion target.

Responsibilities:

• Having experience working with distributors, monitoring and analysing market trends, and building or maintaining relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrating experience in business development, sales management, and market analysis.
• Having strong distribution management experience to expand the business and source new distributors in Singapore or the SEA markets.
• Being able to drive the business through distributors and manage distributors on the ground.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry (all trade).
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having strong leadership and distributor management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to travel often.
• Diploma, or Bachelor's in Business or proven related experience.
