Sales Manager

Job Description

. Develop and manage solar PV sales projects for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.

. Promote solar leasing, turnkey solar projects and renewable energy solutions.

. Identify new customers through cold calls, networking and customer visits.

. Prepare quotations, financial models, tender proposals and sales presentations.

. Follow up on solar projects from initial enquiry to contract signing.

. Conduct business negotiations and close sales deals.

. Work closely with customers, EPC, O&M and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Solar, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or related field.

. Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, renewable energy or related industry preferred.

. Experience in solar sales / business development is an advantage.

. Knowledge of financial modelling, tender preparation and project proposals.

. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

. Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Willing to conduct cold calls and customer visits.
