Job Description

Fiveel Pte Ltd is a premier logistics and 3PL (third-party logistics) company based in Singapore, providing reliable and efficient supply chain solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and 3PL sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
    Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to refine business strategies.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
    Organize training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and achievements.
    Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
