As a Sales Manager, you will lead the club's membership sales team, driving revenue growth while coaching and developing consultants to achieve outstanding sales performance. #GoFurther

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the membership sales team to achieve individual and club sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities including leads, appointments, presentations, and conversions.
  • Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve results and achieve monthly targets.

2. Sales Coaching & Team Development

  • Train, coach, and mentor Membership Consultants to strengthen their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular role-plays, performance reviews, and team meetings to drive improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new membership consultants.

3. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and develop opportunities to generate new leads and business for the club.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions, outreach activities, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and membership sales.
  • Encourage referrals and build strong relationships with existing members and prospects.

4. Operations & Reporting

  • Ensure all membership agreements and sales documentation comply with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, activity tracking, and performance records.
  • Work closely with the Club General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth club operations.

5. Member Experience

  • Maintain professional and positive interactions with members and prospects.
  • Ensure new members are properly introduced to club facilities and services.
  • Support retention efforts by maintaining strong relationships with members.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales leadership, sales management, or membership sales, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Passionate about fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
