Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Promote and sell optical communication products and testing equipment to telecom operators, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications and fiber optic market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide professional sales support.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project updates for management.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Optical Communications, Electronics, or related field.
- Candidates with a telecommunications background or experience in the optical communication industry are preferred.
- Junior-level candidates are welcome (1-3 years of sales or industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling fiber optic equipment, optical modules, or testing instruments (OTDR, OSA, etc.).
- Existing customer resources in telecom operators, contractors, or system integrators.
- Good understanding of fiber optic networks and communication technologies.
