Market and sell residential properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewings.
Responsible for the professional conduct of all sales-related functions at sales galleries /show units which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales transactions
Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities, communicate and present professionally
Build value-based customer and agent relationships
Lead/manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Establish monthly or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule activities for the team.
Proactively train, coach and mentor the team in lead generations and building up positive relationships with key customer groups in local as well as overseas markets.
Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
Proactive in giving feedback on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Department
Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
Minimally with 5-10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry doing Property Sales, with management/ leadership experience
Good communication, interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills with strong passion in sales
Resourceful - strong agent and clients network preferred
Self-motivated, team player, result oriented individual
Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you will be rostered to work on weekends and statutory holidays
