Role Summary
Own revenue for SPARK 2050 roadshows and FAMPOSO programs. You'll build and close a pipeline across sponsorships, partner packages, ticket bundles, and memberships-serving Family Offices, UHNWIs, VCs, Banks/NBFCs, corporates, chambers/governments, and SMEs. You turn conversations into signed contracts and long-term renewals.
What You'll Do
- Hunt & qualify: Run targeted outbound to sponsors/partners convert inbound leads from events and Brand Studio.
- Close sponsorships & packages: Craft proposals/SOWs, pricing, and rights (branding, speaking slots, deal-room access, hosted meetings). Negotiate to win while protecting margin.
- Ticketing & memberships: Hit B2B ticket targets sell investor/SME bundles, Portal memberships, Investor Concierge, and Governance Suite upsells.
- Account management: Own key accounts pre-/post-event ensure deliverables, measure ROI/attribution, drive renewals and multi-city rollouts.
- Forecasting & hygiene: Maintain CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), weekly forecasts, pipeline coverage, and activity KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with Program/Events on inventory (stages, booths, meeting slots), with Brand Studio on assets, and Finance/Legal on contracts & invoicing.
- Market intel: Map categories (finance, fintech, climate/smart living, deeptech, luxury/real estate) feed insights to product/packaging.

Qualifications
Must-have
- 4-8 years B2B new-business sales in events/media/sponsorships or enterprise solutions with a services component.
- Proven record beating quota and renewing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Executive-level communication (email, proposal decks, commercials).
- Strong negotiation, pricing, and objection handling disciplined CRM use.
- Right to work in Singapore and willingness to travel regionally.
Nice-to-have
- Network in family offices, VCs, banks/NBFCs, corporate innovation, chambers/government.
- Experience selling into UAE/Japan/India multilingual a plus.
- Familiar with PDPA, anti-bribery, and event compliance basics.
