Develop effective sales & marketing strategies and plans, and direct the distributors to achieve the business target.
Manage and build relationship with new prospects and existing customers, profiling new target customer and market segments.
Build and monitor monthly sales forecast and develop necessary corrective actions when necessary.
Provide inventory forecast, plan ahead and manage large quantity projects accordingly for the assigned markets.
Monitor market trends, performance of competitors and provide feedback to senior management.
Support the regional marketing activities and work closely with dealers and distributors to ensure the effective execution of marketing activities within the set timeline.
Conduct market research for new products, verify regulatory requirements, identify competitors and assess market potential and provide the feedback to senior management.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Competency Requirement:
Degree in Business / Marketing / Biomedical/ Engineering or any other related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years experience in performing a similar job scope.
Have a good command of English and excellent presentation skills.
Able to work under a matrix reporting structure.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills.
Meticulous, able to work independently and timely in meeting deadlines.
Familiar with the local import and distribution regulations for medical devices/ electrical safety/ refrigerant or other safety requirements
