Role Overview
We are a dynamic production house with full in-house production capabilities, providing comprehensive design and build solutions for events, exhibitions, and custom installations. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships within the events, exhibitions, and spatial design space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and project opportunities.
- Arrange and lead client meetings and site visits to understand project goals, spatial requirements, and design objectives.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations across the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and production teams to deliver solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Analyse how users interact with spaces and translate insights into practical design and project solutions.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and visual materials (e.g., layouts, mood boards, sketches) to clients.
- Advise clients on materials, furnishings, and finishes to align with project vision, budget, and feasibility.
- Prepare quotations, budgets, and cost estimates for tenders and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of design plans and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to installation.
- Oversee site installations and project execution, ensuring quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Conduct post-installation reviews to ensure final outputs meet design intent and client expectations.
- Address client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate reporting of pipelines and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to provide value-added recommendations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, events, exhibitions, interior design, or project management.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Candidates with existing client networks or active accounts will have an dvantage.
- Strong understanding of design & build, spatial design, or exhibition workflows.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into practical project solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Basic Chinese speaking ability is a plus but not mandatory.
