We are looking for a proactiveBusiness Development & Partnerships Managerto drive new revenue opportunities fora food centre in Raffles Place, one of Singapore's most iconic dining destinations.

This role focuses oncommercializing the spacewithin through corporate events, brand partnerships, and advertising opportunities. You will actively engage corporate clients, develop event proposals, and build strategic partnerships to maximize the venue's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Reach out to corporate clients forevents, roadshows, brand activations and advertising opportunitieswithin the venue.
  • Conduct cold calling, sales pitching, and partnership outreach.

Corporate Events & Space Monetization

  • Promote as avenue for corporate events, private functions, and brand activations.
  • Develop event proposals including space rental, catering, and event concepts.
  • Package and monetize high-traffic areas forbrand banners, pop-ups and marketing activations.

Client & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organisers.
  • Manage accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and oversee events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors and operations teams for smooth event execution.
  • Ensure all health, safety and operational standards are met.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Work with marketing teams to developsales materials and campaignspromoting as an event venue.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least2 years of experience in Sales, Events, Advertising, Marketing, FMCG or Partnerships.
  • Experience inevents, hospitality, F&B, advertising or venue saleswill be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable withcold calling, pitching and client engagement.
  • Independent, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
