Job Purpose:
To lead and drive sales operations across key Asia Pacific markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, by developing strong customer relationships, optimizing distribution networks, and implementing effective sales strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth and competitive advantage for the group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Plan and implement sales and promotional activities for company products, including Engineering Shapes and MCAM product portfolios across the Asia Pacific region
- Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key customers to ensure long-term business growth
- Handle walk-in, call-in, and inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage and continuously update the regional pricing database to ensure pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and margin control
- Identify, develop, and onboard new customers and business accounts; assign and coordinate accounts with appropriate distributors
- Oversee and manage non-MCAM suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and supply continuity
- Design, optimize, and improve the end-to-end supply chain and distribution model to enhance service levels and reduce costs
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of business plans
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
MBA preferred
Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Inside Sales Management
- Strong distributor and channel management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously
