Job Description
- Responsible for sales and distribution of employee benefit solutions to large multinational companies over a defined geographical region.
- Provide adequate support to the establishment of target lists.
- Manage the strategic relationship with clients and provide support to the senior account managers and account managers managing the day to day relationship.
- Provide support for the assessment, planning, response and presentation of all Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Proactively develop and foster long term, sustainable relationships with clients, brokers, sales department of local OEs and other regional partners such as AIA and others.
- Provide feedback and recommendation to management on strategic and capability improvements both at Allianz Partners GB, regional external partner and Allianz OE level.
- Maintain a customer centric culture.
- Proactively sell Allianz promoted products & services to new and existing corporate Clients.
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth by executing a solution- and service oriented strategic sales approach and by responding to and directing opportunities accordingly.
- Interact with global and regional CRM teams to ensure performance, client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively support CRM account retention strategies to secure and expand APAC global benefits portfolio.
Requirements
Experience & Track Record:
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven success in insurance or employee benefits sales, ideally within a multinational or regional context.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
Market Knowledge & Relationships:
- Strong, established network of brokers and distribution partners within Singapore and the wider Asia region.
- Deep understanding of employee benefits products, market trends, and client needs.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Confident engaging at senior and C suite levels within clients and brokers, with a consultative style that uncovers needs and builds executive sponsorship.
- Customer focused and continuously looking to improve Customer Experience across the entire client journey.
Technical & Operational Understanding:
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and back-office administration functions, ensuring seamless client onboarding and policy servicing.
Communication & Presentation Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Collaboration & Cultural Fit:
- Ability to work effectively within the local Singapore team and collaborate across regional and global sales communities.
