Job Description:

  • Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients through calling, email, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their transportation needs and present company's electric vehicle solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads, address inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Prepare, customize, and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or electric vehicle industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates and partners in China.
  • Passion for sustainability and new technology is a plus.
  • Attractive basic pay + commissions.

  • Sales Leads will be provided.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
