Responsibilities
- Drive sales of salon services (hair, beauty, nails) to meet monthly and annual targets
- Lead, train, and motivate sales consultants and staff to enhance team performance
- Follow up promptly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Plan and execute promotions and packages to attract and retain customers
- Deliver a consistently excellent customer service experience to ensure satisfaction
- Track and analyze daily and monthly sales data to monitor progress against targets
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through relationship management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports for management review
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and appointment scheduling
