About the Role
As a Sales Capture Manager, you will lead the development and execution of deal strategies that drive growth and long-term client value. You will play a critical role in shaping, progressing, and closing complex sales opportunities by aligning client needs with Accenture's capabilities and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end deal shaping and sales pursuit activities for strategic opportunities
. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across solutioning, pricing, and delivery
. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify and qualify new business opportunities
. Facilitate client discussions, presentations, and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
. Develop and execute win strategies that clearly articulate value propositions
. Monitor and report on the progress of sales opportunities, adjusting strategies as required
. Ensure compliance with internal sales governance and quality standards
Required Qualifications
. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, deal shaping, or sales pursuit management
. Expert proficiency in Deal Shaping and Sales Pursuit Management
. Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and stakeholder engagement
. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
. Expert proficiency in Accenture High Performance Selling Framework
. Expert proficiency in Sales Closing
. Experience working in a large consulting or professional services environment
