Our client, a digital infrastructure and data center provider offering secure, scalable, and carrier-neutral facilities across Southeast Asia. The business supports enterprise, cloud, hyperscale, and AI workloads through colocation, interconnection, edge data centers, and GPU-enabled platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned customer accounts as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Drive account renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and new business growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year commercial contracts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Solutions, Product, Operations) to deliver customer requirements
- Work with strategic vendors on joint sales and go-to-market initiatives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in data center / colocation sales / System Integrator
- Proven track record in closing large, multi-year, profitable contracts
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales, contracting, and negotiation processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset
