Job Description:
. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for construction projects.
. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
. Manage client relationships and follow up on project enquiries.
. Coordinate marketing activities, including social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
. Work closely with project and operations teams to support business development and client servicing.
. Provide administrative support for contracts, invoicing, and project documentation.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Arts, Media, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
. At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, administration, or client servicing.
. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
. Prior experience in media, events, or client coordination will be considered an advantage.
. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines.
