Job Description

A well-established B2B services business operating from Singapore base is hiring a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the country. This is a high-visibility seat with clear ownership of the sales agenda and a meaningfully improved package — including an uncapped commission structure designed to reward genuine top performers.

The opportunity

You will own the Singapore B2B sales agenda — identifying, pursuing and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise clients, while protecting and growing a portfolio of existing accounts. You will work closely with operations, bid management and commercial leadership to bring credible, well-priced solutions to market.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to be in front of clients, building pipeline, running your own deals end-to-end, and forecasting accurately. You will have the platform and the autonomy to make the role your own.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of B2B solution sales experience with a strong track record of closing contracts with Singapore-based corporates, MNCs or government-linked clients
  • Background in any B2B services environment — facilities management, logistics, supply chain, business process outsourcing, commercial real estate services or similar outsourced/contracted services sectors preferred
  • Demonstrable success closing six- and seven-figure deals on multi-year contract structures
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, commercial negotiation, contracting and handover
  • Strong commercial instincts — you understand margin, contract structure and the difference between revenue and good revenue
  • Credible and articulate in front of procurement teams, operations directors and C-suite buyers
  • Based in Singapore with the right to work

The package

  • Base salary up to S$120,000 (negotiable for the right profile)
