We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for accelerating business growth, cultivating strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across Singapore.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets and foster a collaborative, motivated environment.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultation and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in electrical/electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial electrical products, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and perform under pressure.
