Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners through emailing and cold calling.
Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support.
Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
Collaborate with management team to develop sales proposals for better results.
Work closely with business development manager to implement sales programs, brand promotions, and strategies.
Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls and conduct sales pitch to close target customers.
Source and pitch new Tenders, Contactors and Sub-contractors. And prepare project documents such as quotation proposal, contracts, insurance and bonds and maintain a proper filling system.
Prepare weekly sale reports and results for management team.
Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Marketing or Business Information Technology (BIT) or E-commerce is required with 2 years of prior sale experience. Or Degree in Marketing with 2 years in sale and marketing field.
Experience in communicating and presenting to Senior Management Team.
Interest in Sales, Technology and Digital solutions.
Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
Knowledge of MS Excel mainly for reporting and documentation.
Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the industrial textile and hardware trading industry will be advantageous.
