Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage a portfolio of existing CCTV clients, build strong relationships, and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Prospect for new CCTV clients, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop solutions that address client needs
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team
- Mentor and develop a team of sales executives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the CCTV or security systems industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV products and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
