Sales Manager

. Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the shipping, maritime and offshore sectors.

. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and key industry stakeholders.

. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.

. Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.

. Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

. Coordinate closely with internal departments (engineering, services, projects and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.

. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.

Requirements:

. Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the shipping, marine, offshore industry.

. Strong understanding of vesseloperations, ship management, project management, vessel construction, repairs,ship agency or related technical solutions.

. Bachelor's degree in Maritime,Engineering, Business, or a related field.

. Demonstrated ability to managecomplex sales cycles and deliver results in a competitive market.

. Strong network andrelationship-building skills with key industry stakeholders.

. Excellent negotiation,presentation, and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to develop and executeeffective sales strategies.

. Willingness to travelfrequently for client meetings and industry engagements.

. Results-driven, proactive, andable to work independently in a dynamic environment.
