Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Hunter / Business Development professional to drive new customer acquisition in the Cold Chain industry. Candidates with experience in Cold Chain, Freight Forwarding or related logistics sales are encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking ownership, building their own customer portfolio and contributing to the growth of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers through cold calls, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build your own sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored Cold Chain or logistics solutions.
  • Take full ownership of self-acquired accounts, managing onboarding, growth and long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Track progress, follow up consistently and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act with an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing ideas to grow your portfolio and the business.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales hunter experience in Cold Chain, Freight Forwarding or related logistics sales.
  • Strong track record in new account acquisition and sales performance.
  • Experience managing and growing own customer accounts.
  • High-performing Senior BD / Sales Executives are welcome to apply if you have a proven record of hitting targets and winning new business.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting and face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and related CRM software or apps is an advantage.
  • Own vehicle preferred for customer visits but not mandatory.
