Job Description

Job Summary

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. Lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to achieve company sales targets and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and clients to expand market reach
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business planning
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide tailored product or service solutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review to support decision-making
  • Negotiate contracts and manage key client accounts to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships
  • Promote the company's products and services to enhance brand presence in the market

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Prior experience in team management is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied in client and team interactions
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
  • Good understanding of market trends and business operations to support sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset to overcome challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage to engage diverse clients and stakeholders
