Assistant/Sales Manager (Pumps, Vacuum system)

Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Assistant/Sales Manager to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West - easily accessible.

Duties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the pumps portfolio in Singapore and regional markets, achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as OEMs, EPCs, contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
• Handle tender monitoring and submissions, project bid follow-ups, and conduct product presentations, technical clarifications, and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide market insights, forecasts, and regular sales performance updates to support business growth.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, pumps, vacuum systems, or rotating machinery.
• Strong technical understanding of compressor/pump sizing, specifications, and applications
