Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity
- Manage client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Set sales quotas and monitor team progress to ensure targets are met
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track sales activities and outcomes
