Job Summary

A Sales Manager leads and develops a sales team to exceed revenue targets by creating strategic sales plans, analyzing KPIs, coaching team members, managing client relationships, and reporting to senior leadership to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market analysis and business objectives
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve team performance
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity
  • Manage client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Set sales quotas and monitor team progress to ensure targets are met
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track sales activities and outcomes
