Responsibilities:
. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
. Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer base.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
. Understand customer cutting tools needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
. Conduct regular training and performance reviews for sales staff.
. Maintain in-depth knowledge of cutters and related products.
. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
. Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.
. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize competitive advantage.
. Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
. Ensure timely closing of sales and follow-up on after-sales service strategies.
. Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain positive relationships
. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
. Willing to base in Thailand
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.
. Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
. Ability to converse in Chinese and/or Thai will be an advantage.
. Possess valid driving license.
