1. Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the company's revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies across both retail kiosk operations and wholesale/manufacturing channels. The role requires a strong understanding of F&B trends, customer behavior in the takeaway and delivery segment, and B2B opportunities in the baked goods and confectionery market.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for wholesale distribution of the company's baked products to cafs, restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty stores.
- Working with operations team to ensure that the store is well-stocked with fast-moving products.
- Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and supplying contracts with key accounts.
- Implementing customer loyalty and referral programs to retain and grow the client base.
3. Competencies
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of F&B retail, bakery products, shelf life, and pricing structures.
- Ability to coordinate with the marketing team to drive traffic, visibility, and seasonal campaigns.
