Job Summary
Lead the sales team to achieve targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop sales tactics, promotional materials, and product offerings
- Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to meet sales budgets and expand market share across sales channels
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management for informed decision-making
