Sales Manager (Automotive) (West)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Overall incharge of retail branch operations, ensuring smooth daytoday functioning.

• Drive and monitor sales performance, ensuring monthly targets are consistently met.

• Plan, schedule, and delegate staff duties to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure tyre and product availability across branches, minimizing shortages and delays.

• Maintain high servicing standards in workshops, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

• Uphold general cleanliness standards and implement safety measures to prevent workplace hazards.

• Review purchases, invoices, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

• Assign responsibilities effectively and monitor implementation to achieve operational goals.

• Involvement in company event - stock take twice yearly and/or as and when directed.

Skills and requirements

• Leadership ability with proven experience managing multiple branches or teams.

• Sales and business acumen, preferably in automotive or tyre industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and customers.

• Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and operational KPIs.

• Problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges and customer escalations.

• Knowledge of automotive products, especially tyres, rims, and related services.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field equivalent experience may be considered
