Job Description

Lead the daily sales activities of an assigned showroom, overseeing customer engagement, sales performance and overall floor operations.
Guide and develop a team of Sales Consultants through coaching, performance reviews, training and on-the-job support.
Review customer leads and sales activities to strengthen follow-up practices, improve conversion and achieve monthly sales objectives.
Ensure consistent showroom standards across customer service, lead management, test-drive coordination, attendance and daily operations.
Partner with the General Manager, Sales and internal teams on sales campaigns, lead generation and initiatives to improve showroom performance.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry and prior team leadership or supervisory exposure.
Strong understanding of showroom sales operations, customer engagement and sales conversion.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a sales team while driving sales targets.
