SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding the overall revenues/profitability objectives
• Follows and adheres to the Group's sales methodology
• Prepares proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and policies
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning
• Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the industry
• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifies and develops service improvement initiatives
• Systematically analyses contracts, including revenue analysis and determination of fair market value for services offered
• Negotiates and drafts proposals and contracts, including value and pricing optimisation.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Services
• Possess strong leadership and organisational qualities.
• Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
