Job Description

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for driving regional business growth and channel performance across the SEA region through strategic partner development, market expansion, and strong commercial execution. The incumbent will lead market entry initiatives, strengthen distributor and partner relationships, and ensure consistent brand, sales, and operational excellence across all assigned channels. Proficiency in English required Thai language is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across SEA , including new partners, channels, and markets.

  • Lead market entry and expansion initiatives, including the setup and launch of mono-brand and multi-brand stores.

  • Develop business plans for new markets and partners, including sales projections, investments, and ROI.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, business partners, and online partners.

  • Drive sales performance and maximise revenue across all channels.

  • Oversee forecasting, pricing discipline, inventory management, and partner performance.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and annual SWOT assessments with channel partners.

  • Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and online presence are consistently maintained.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Akademie teams on campaigns, training, and regional activations.

  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance feedback to management.

  • Perform other duties as required to support business objectives

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in channel management and retail sales, preferably across multiple markets or regions.

  • Experience in the luxury, premium, or high-end consumer goods or technology sectors is an advantage.

  • Strong commercial and sales capability, with a clear results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proven and consistent track record of delivering business growth and achieving targets.

  • Highly conscientious and reliable, with strong follow-through and responsiveness.

  • Professional, mature, and confident demeanor, with excellent customer, partner, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills fluency in English is required. Additional languages or regional dialects are an advantage.

  • Demonstrated interest in premium lifestyle, technology, design, art, or cultural sectors relevant product knowledge is a plus.

  • Able to work independently while also being an effective and collaborative team player.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and performing under pressure.

  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong Excel skills, Power BI and professional digital communication practices.
