Role Purpose
Lead sales strategy, grow key accounts and achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify potential customers, implement business plan to expand customer base
- Manage and support existing customers to maintain a long-term relationship
- Plan and participate in sales calls and site visits to understand their business, operational, and technical requirements
- Lead tender responses and submissions (RFP, RFQ, ITQ, GeBIZ)
- Forecast revenue and manage sales pipeline
- Source and negotiate price with suppliers for specific project or ad-hoc job
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
- 5+ years B2B solution sales experience, preferably with government/public sector tender exposure
- Proven leadership in systems integration or security industry
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management
