About the role
Our client is a growing business looking for a Sales Manager to help take their sales to the next level. You'll be out finding new customers, building relationships that last, and closing deals. It's a full-time role in a busy, close-knit team.
What you'll do
- Hunt down new leads through different channels
- Get to know your customers and recommend solutions that suit them
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, keeping the customer experience smooth
- Keep your pipeline and sales activity up to date in the CRM
- Keep learning about the products and sharpening your sales skills
- Coach and motivate your team
What you'll bring
- At least 1 year in sales, ideally in lighting and/or interior design
- Great communication skills and an easy way with people
- A record of hitting or beating your targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales data
- Experience leading a team
- Someone who can work independently but is just as happy working with others
- A flexible, driven attitude that thrives when things move fas
