Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the construction or engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships from enquiry to project handover.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the engineering and operations teams.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure effective project follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with project, procurement, and operations departments to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC / M&E / construction industry sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of air-conditioning systems and components.
- Able to work independently and lead a small team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
