Job Description
. Execute daily lead generation on LinkedIn to identify high-potential prospects
. Send personalized outreach messages to cold and warm leads in a tone aligned with the company's brand
. Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until they are ready to book a discovery call
. Qualify prospects to confirm fit, budget, and availability before booking a call with the Founder
. Manage and update the lead pipeline tracker daily
. Meet weekly targets for outreach volume, call bookings, and lead quality
. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Responsibilities
. Experience in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or lead generation will have an added advantage
. Strong written communication skills in English, you can write messages that feel human, not templated
. A track record of booking qualified sales calls
. Self-starter mindset, you take initiative and follow through without hand-holding
. Interest in personal branding, LinkedIn, or the coaching industry is a plus
